The Warranty Center at AIC HCM is a link in Bosch’s global warranty network. Invested in modern equipment, with a team of professional, dedicated and highly specialized human resources trained from Bosch.
The warranty procedure at AIC HCM applies strictly according to Bosch’s procedure and is managed directly by the Bosch Service Center in Singapore.
Normally, the warranty repair period is within 3 days. However, for complicated cases or waiting for components, the service center’s staff will inform you of the time needed for repair / warranty.

Repair and replacement parts will be warranted for 3 months from the date you receive the product.

We currently offer a global warranty for Bosch security products offered by official Bosch dealers.
When the product is out of warranty, Bosch HCM Service Center is still responsible for serving your needs to repair your product according to Bosch standards.
The repair fee will depend on the damage to the product. Please refer to the repair rate table.
